Email support@flyster.net for anything: help with a video, billing, refunds, privacy requests, reports of misuse, takedown requests and other legal notices. A person reads every email, and we reply as soon as we can, usually within one business day. Flyster is owned and operated by Lunonia Inc.

Please put the topic in the subject line:

• “Help”: a video that didn't work. Include its link if you have it.
• “Refund”: include the email address you paid with.
• “Privacy”: a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account. Write from the address on your account.
• “Report content”: something you believe breaks our rules. Include the link, where you saw it and the date.
• “Takedown”: for rights holders; see section 10 of the Terms.
