These terms govern your use of Flyster at www.flyster.net (the “Service”), owned and operated by Lunonia Inc. By using the Service you agree to them, including the acceptable use policy in section 7, and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What the Service does

The Service makes short AI videos of a car in the style of the new Tesla Roadster. You describe the video in your own words (up to 500 characters) or start from one of our ideas, choose a color, a format (9:16 or 16:9) and a length (5, 10 or 15 seconds). AI models check your words, plan the shots and make the video, and you download it as an MP4.

2. Independent fan tool, AI-generated content

Flyster is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or SpaceX. “Tesla” and “Roadster” are used only to describe what the videos show; they are trademarks of their owners. The videos carry no Tesla logos.

Everything the Service makes is AI-generated: a concept render, not real footage of any car or event. When you share a video, don't present it as real footage or as an official Tesla video. Where a platform asks you to mark AI-generated content, follow its rules.

3. The models we use

Each video is made on fal.ai (Features & Labels Inc.). If you describe your own video, ByteDance Seed 2.0 Mini checks your words and turns them into a shot list. Nano Banana 2.1 by Google then makes the first frame: our own reference drawing of the car placed in your scene, or your photo. Seedance 2.0 mini by ByteDance turns them into the video and adds its own sound effects.

Photos you upload are checked by an automated image moderation model (fal-ai/x-ailab/nsfw on fal.ai) before they are used.

4. Accounts

You can look around without an account. To make a video, you sign in with Google or with a link we email you; one email address is one account, whichever way you sign in.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.

5. Free video, credits and payments

Each person gets one free video: 4 seconds at 480p. We count it per account, per device and per network, so a second account on the same device or network does not get a second one.

After that, videos use credits: 1 credit makes a 5-second video at 720p, a 10-second video uses 2 and a 15-second video 3. You buy credits once, with no subscription, and they never expire:

Credits are given back automatically if a video fails, is refused by a safety check or takes too long. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Stripe emails you a receipt.

6. What you upload and write

Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to use. You keep every right you have in what you upload. In particular:

We use your uploads only to make your videos and to check them as described in section 7. We do not use them to train AI models. How long we keep them is in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use policy

You may not use the Service to upload, make, download or share any of the following:

  1. Sexual content: nudity, sexual acts, or bodies or clothing shown in a sexualized way.
  2. Violence and gore: realistic killing, injury, crashes into people, or content that threatens or promotes violence or terrorism.
  3. Hate: hate symbols, slurs, or content that attacks people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  4. Child safety: anything that sexualizes, endangers or exploits anyone under 18, real or fictional.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: images or videos of a real, identifiable person, or anything that passes a result off as real footage of a real person, company or event (including as an official Tesla video).
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: photos, logos or trademarks you don't have the right to use.

You also may not attack, overload or scrape the Service, get around its limits (for example by making accounts to collect free videos), or resell it.

How we check content

Penalties

If content breaks this policy, depending on how serious it is and whether it happens again, we will delete the content, remove the credits left on the account without a refund, and suspend or close the account. Content that may be illegal is reported to the authorities.

How to report content

To report content you believe breaks this policy, email support@flyster.net with “Report content” in the subject line. Include the link to the video if you have it, where you saw it and the date. A person reads every report.

8. Sound

Videos come with sound effects made by the video model; the Service provides no music. To add music, use the music tools inside TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts when you post: those platforms license music for use with their own editors. A song you put into the file yourself before uploading is not covered by their license and can get your video a copyright claim.

9. Your videos

You may download, keep, share and post the videos you make, including on monetized social media accounts, as long as you follow sections 2 and 7. You may not use a video in a way that suggests Tesla made, sponsored or endorsed it.

10. Copyright and takedown requests

If you own the rights to something you believe is used on the Service without permission, email support@flyster.net with “Takedown” in the subject line. Include your name and contact details, what you own and where it appears. A person reviews every request.

11. What we can't promise

The Service is provided as is and as available. It may be slow or unavailable at times, and we may pause video making when demand or costs are high. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and important changes are also emailed to account holders.

13. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at support@flyster.net; we will try to sort it out with you before anyone starts a formal proceeding. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live apply where they give you more rights.

14. Contact

One address handles support, billing, refunds, privacy requests, reports and legal notices: support@flyster.net. Please put the topic in the subject line. A person reads every email. See also the Contact page.
